Full Moon Yoga, Restorative & Aromatherapy

Join Ashlyn for a special evening class as we gather under the light of this transformational and potent Super Full Moon in Gemini.

Together we will ground into our inner worlds through breath-work and gentle movement before flowing through a Moon Salutation (Chandra Namaskar) a series of poses that flow seamlessly into one another, mirroring the cyclical and graceful nature of the moon's journey across the sky. This sequence is designed to cool the body, soothe the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and fluidity. We will close the practice through a deeply soothing restorative poses to prepare us for a guided meditation with aromatherapy blend and gentle reiki healing during savasana.

The full moon represents; completition, abundance and transformation, when the seeds from the new moon come into bloom. Where the moon is directly opposite the sun during this phase, it can also be a time of friction, polarity and more-intense emotional energy. Everything is in full illumination, which also means it is a good time to look honestly at the full spectrum of what is and is not working for you - so listen closely to what you intuitvely want to shed, let go and release.

This full moon will be ruled by the sign of Gemini, the sign of twins, it will be full of chatty, curious and fast-paced energy. Under this full Beaver Moon in Gemini, we can see ways in which we are haphazardly moving through life, going too fast for our own good and asking yourself where your energy has been overspent.
