been designed to answer those questions and give you helpful tips on how to
incorporate mindful living into your life.

Online - Meditation Demystified

This 4-week course is the perfect starting point to deepen your understanding of
meditation and build your own personal meditation practice. Look at the history and
philosophy of meditation, explore the science behind the practice and practice 6
different styles of meditation.

 

At the end of the course you will feel comfortable with meditation, confident to navigate your way around the practice, and have built your own personal 30-day meditation practice.
